Did you catch this week’s video walkthrough?
This week’s video walkthrough on YouTube covers two new features that can be found on LinkedIn.com and Sales Navigator.
The first new feature allows you to add a URL to your LinkedIn profile, allowing visitors to directly click the link in the top portion of your profile and be taken to your company website. This feature is a great addition because URLs were not previously visible unless they were located in the Featured section of the profile, or as media in the Experience section. This clickable URL being located directly underneath your headline makes it much more visible for visitors and is more likely to drive traffic to your website.
The second new feature is in Sales Navigator, related to company size on LinkedIn. When searching by Accounts on LinkedIn, users are now able to see the exact amount of employees on the search results page. Previously, users were only able to see a range of employees reported by the company, and users would have to individually click on each company to see how many employees were actually on LinkedIn. This will allow users the ability to filter through search results much faster, and exclude certain sized companies without having to qualify each one individually.
Each of these new features will enhance the user experience and provide more value. Be sure to keep an eye on Sales Navigator and LinkedIn.com for these new additions*!
